Srs Tubes Ltd ("Serious Tubes", "we") provides virtual private servers and, by separate agreement, dedicated server hosting from our facility in Stockholm, Sweden. The service is described on srstubes.com and managed through the hosting console.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping credentials safe and your contact details current. Accounts may be used only by the person or organisation that registered them.
You may not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk mail, to attack other systems, or to knowingly host malware or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend services that endanger the platform or other customers, and will contact you when we do.
Cloud servers are billed monthly at the flat rate shown at the time of ordering. Dedicated servers are billed per their individual quote. Invoices are issued through the console. Services can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
We target 99.9% availability but the service is provided as-is; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Support is provided by email and through the console on a reasonable-efforts basis.
The data on your servers is yours. You are responsible for backing it up; we back up our own control plane, not the contents of customer machines unless separately agreed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. We may terminate accounts that materially breach them. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
