Account details (name, email, company, billing address), invoices and payment records, support and sales correspondence — including messages sent through the contact form on this site — and technical logs (IP addresses, console actions) needed to run and secure the service.
To provide and bill the services you ordered (contract), to meet bookkeeping and tax obligations (legal obligation), and to keep the platform secure (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Customer data is stored on our own infrastructure in Sweden, within the EU. Contact form messages are stored on this server and forwarded to our sales mailbox.
Account data for the life of the account and up to 12 months after closure; invoices for 7 years as Swedish bookkeeping law requires; technical logs typically for 90 days; sales correspondence until the matter is closed and up to 24 months after.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to sales@srstubes.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
This website sets no tracking cookies. A single preference is stored in your browser if you switch between light and dark mode. The hosting console uses a session cookie required for signing in.
